    When new orleans was chocolate city its was a failed state leading in every bad category I HOPE CHOCOLATE CITY NEVER COMES BACK IT WAS A FAILURE FULL OF DEATH, CRIME, IGNORANCE, AND CORRUPTION.

    and why would anyone rebuild homes in high crime areas were most of the damage was done by katrina; the hell with that leave those areas CLEARED OUT finally some peace. WHY REBUILD SO CRIMINALS WILL HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE; FUCK THAT. AMERICAN GOVERNMENT SAVE OUR MONEY AND US IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE.
